During the Uttarayan, the Shikshapatri Foundation organized a unique bird rescue camp, where Dr. Umang Prajapati and Dr. Lisa Modi joined forces to provide free medical treatment to over 50 injured birds. This camp was a beacon of hope for these feathered friends, who were struggling to survive.
In this camp, 26 critically injured birds were given intensive care, while others received dressing and injection treatments. The primary goal of this initiative was to provide swift medical attention and save the lives of birds injured during the winter season. The selfless efforts of the team were widely appreciated, and their dedication to protecting these beautiful creatures was truly commendable.
